It is also possible that there may be issues with withdrawing funds in the future, as this incident clearly demonstrates that this platform does not care about your well-being. The customer service has been promising to provide feedback but there has been no follow-up. I strongly advise everyone to be cautious and not to use this platform, especially considering the high spread of 50. The platform only cares about making money by having agents bring in customers to trade, so they will not take action against agents who help them make profits, but only against the victims.
