I often can't log into my account, it says the username or password is incorrect, but they are not. I even changed my password via SMS, but still couldn't log in. I added a manager from the official website on WeChat, we chatted briefly and then they stopped replying; further inquiries were also ignored. Previously, I had several accounts under this login, but when I tried to access them six months later, all accounts had disappeared even though the username and password were correct. Recently, I couldn't log in at all with these credentials. Accessing their official website is very unstable, sometimes I can't get through at all. 账号经常登不进去,说账号密码错误其实没有错,我还短信修改了密码,照样登录不进去，加了个官网经理的微信聊，聊了几句就不回复了，再问也是不回复。这个账号之前我开有几个账户的，但是我半年之后登录进去所有账户都不见了，账号密码是对的，前段时间这个账号密码也登录不进去了，访问他们官网啥的很不稳定，有时候进不去的，就算你的账户有钱，他不给你登录，你也没有办法取出来
