We hereby inform customers that since the Australian company has entered the liquidation stage after July 8, 2020, all procedures are subject to the BRI receiver in accordance with the liquidation process. Before July 8, 2020, ASIC's old customers can only transfer the transaction authority, while the funds will be taken over and managed by the BRI receiver. To spare a thought for customers and consultants, we allow the transfer of transaction authority. When the USGFX has a balance, it will gradually pay ASIC's old customers and consultants, so as to prevent customers and consultants from losses due to Australian regulatory companies long-lasting liquidation. Indeed, USGFX also processes the withdrawal requests from these old ASIC customers and the payment of advisory salaries one by one on a daily basis. It is different from other forex companies that only allow customers to wait for the original regulatory liquidation. Please give us time to process them one by one, and please also support us and response to us positively because the USGFX, for the sake of customers and consultants, is still working hard to operate. The customer service keeps shrinking with varied reasons. And I can’t contact the business manager, either. I applied for withdrawal in July, now it’s November. No answer.
