On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Hong Kong, China to visit broker LUKFOOK JEWELLERY as planned according to its regulatory address that 15/F, 20/F, 25/F & 27/F, Metropole Square, 2 On Yiu Street, Shek Mun, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong.

A seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site verification of the prominent forex broker LUKFOOK JEWELLERY at Metropole Square in Shatin, New Territories.

The target address is located in Shatins thriving commercial and industrial district, characterized by a vibrant business environment and high pedestrian traffic. The area concentrates retail outlets, dining establishments, educational institutions, and residential complexes, supported by comprehensive amenities and convenient transportation. Upon arrival at Metropole Square, the investigators observed a modern high-rise commercial building with a well-maintained exterior, exemplifying premium office space in this bustling business hub. Full exterior panoramas were successfully captured, showing clear building signage without structural damage or construction marks, further verifying its legitimacy as a formal commercial property.

In the building lobby, the inspection team first examined the directory board, which distinctly listed Floors 15, 20, 25, and 27 as premises of “Luk Fook Group”. The directory information precisely matched the registered address, preliminarily confirming the companys occupancy of these floors.

The inspectors proceeded to Floor 20 for detailed verification. The companys Chinese name and corporate logo were prominently displayed above the glass entrance door in standardized typography. While internal office areas restricted unauthorized access, observations through the glass revealed a tidy workspace with minimalist yet sophisticated interior layout. Due to access limitations, workstation quantities and spatial configurations could not be verified.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker maintains a physical presence at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Hong Kong, China to visit broker LUKFOOK JEWELLERY as scheduled and found the company at its regulatory address. It denotes that the broker has a physical office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make a well-considered decision following much deliberation.
