Despite Brexit’s economic repercussions, the UK forex market maintains a positive outlook. The FCA‘s stringent oversight solidifies the UK’s position as a leading forex trading center, attracting growing numbers of investors and institutions while fostering market vitality and expansion. Many forex brokers actively pursue FCA licensing as a mark of prestige and a gateway to expanding their UK market presence. To provide investors and industry professionals with deeper insights into UK forex brokers, WikiFX’s survey team will conduct on-site inspections of local companies.

On-site visit 

In this issue, the survey team went to London in the UK to visit forex broker HCFX as planned according to its regulatory address that Nations House, 103 Wigmore Street, London, England, W1U 1QS.

A seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site verification of the prominent forex broker HCFX at Nations House in London, UK.

The target area is located in London‘s central business district, boasting an excellent geographical position. It is just a few minutes’ walk from both Marble Arch and Bond Street Underground stations, adjacent to Portman Square, with vibrant commercial surroundings including numerous shopping centers and restaurants. The south side directly borders the famous Hyde Park. Situated on bustling Wigmore Street, the Nations House building features a modern office design with a glass curtain wall façade that provides abundant natural light and open street views.

The investigators could freely access the buildings ground floor lobby, though appointments were required to reach specific office floors. The lobby features a double-height reception area equipped with security turnstiles and elevator banks, decorated in a minimalist yet elegant style. According to the lobby directory, HCFX shares the same floor with another management consulting firm, STAX UKCO Limited. However, no dedicated HCFX signage or logo was found either inside or outside the building.

Notably, HCFX occupies a co-working space that includes three meeting rooms, a pantry, and private offices. However, due to strict prohibitions against photography/videography and lack of access authorization, the investigators could not evaluate interior decoration details or workstation quantities.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that HCFX maintains a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to London in the UK to visit forex broker HCFX as scheduled and found the company at its regulatory address. This indicates that the broker has a physical office at the address. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
