I've had multiple emails get ignored, and they refuse to make small changes to your account which I know they have the ability to make (from years working in the SB/CFD industry). They have outsourced customer service and the level of care is awful.

I tried withdrawing a small amount of money on the IG 2 platform for the first time and it worked.
