I depocited around 110$ in my local currency cause I was expecting the 10 to go to fees. SOmehow I got almost exactly 110, so I guess the conversion rate is pretty good here. Only that it took 3 HOURS to arrive, and even longer when i decided to withdraw the money And the bonus... oh it's not 100% like some other brokers, it's just 50 which is a real shame tbh.

Let’s begin with that octa is a good broker. I’ve been trading with them for 2 years, to prove this fact. But, the ideal one, no I think, is too early to call it with such statements. I liked the conditions- good numbers on leverage, spreads and zero in the graph in swaps graph. Still, something is missing. IDK, maybe some platforms, like tradingview or ctrader, or some pro perks, like super leverage.

Yes, it is a popular platform and it is a no brainer to offer it. However, what matters is that Octa offers MT5 and takes care of good execution and good speed of traders’ actions there. I can test how my EA run here even better than in m4.

Actually I didn`t used to trust brokers or any other services that are quite popular and have been at the market for a long time You know the more customers they gain more likely they will drop the quality of the service;s, to increase the profit. It`s like a common practice in any industry Octa wasn`t among these cases, though The service is solid, no problems with payments and platforms, I was calm, since they offered Metatrader5 software, a quite recognised platform. Conditions were quite good, nothing to complain about, or say too much about🤷‍♂️

Long time in industry... Spreads on major currency pairs with octa are just excellent, eur/usd 0.8 etc. But I am not limited to this pair, of course. More than a couple of dozen currency pairs alongside the leverage 1:200 for crypto - that’s fantastic or near to fantastic but definitely a choice of crypto matters ti me I also consider the metatrader5 account from octa pretty much affordable. And that’s for consistent operations as I can rely on the quality of in-house execution. Wrapping it up - all well that is going well on my account

We can compare spreads for currency pairs on different platforms and I cannot quite decide as all of them had clear advantages. Eur USD is a trading classic as it is the most liquid asset. I always add something new to my basket but won’t quite my habit with classic ever.

I have uses Octa for about 6 months when they started playing games. I was profiting about 15K USD (Fix Rate). When I wanted to withdraw, they say a lot of excuses to delay my withdrawal. Some of these reasons include: We need to verify with the bank, we are waiting for the funds provider, holiday season, etc… And then after 1 week from my withdrawal request, they say my account is under investigation for suspicious activities. Yeah, the suspicious activities that they were referring to was I was profiting a lot…hahhahaha. Then i was informed they do this routinely to make sure their clients’ funds are safe. But when i asked my friends who used Octa, they never have this happened to them because they were profiting way less than me. And the. after almost 3 weeks, they finally approved my withdrawl request. aAnd one more thing, their customer service are basically all robots. they use fake names amd profile pictures. Please dont use Octa.

I have been a client of Octa Markets Ltd since 29-July-2024. The first deposit of USD19,000 was made on 29-Jul-2024, and the first withdrawal USD32,000 was made on 14-Aug-2024. On 10-Sep-2024, I submitted a request to withdraw USD13,000 from my account. Despite complying with all necessary verification processes and providing the required documentation, my withdrawal request has been unjustly denied. Now I can't login to my account! I have been using Octa for a while, but recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. For over two weeks now, I've been facing an issue that was supposedly escalated to their finance team and senior management, but there has been no resolution or clear update on what's happening. Despite repeated follow-ups, all I get are generic statements like: "Our processing department is still in the midst of investigating this issue." "This will be the report number that has been escalated to our finance team regarding this clarification: 3858103" "Please know that we're taking this issue very seriously and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible." No SLAs or ETAs have been provided, and it feels like the finance team is running the entire operation with no accountability to the customers. It's honestly frustrating to see no concrete progress despite my issue being escalated to high-level management. I would urge others to be cautious when dealing with Octa.
